This website is owned and operated by Industrial Infra-Red Inc. Known here after as IIRI. We are doing business on the web as IMP-TX.com, if you visit or shop at IMP-TX.com you accept and agree to the terms & conditions of this page and explained below.

 

We sell only to the lower 48 States of America. If you are outside of America we cannot ship to you ! There is a $35.50 fee for crediting your card if you attempt to purchase from this site for a shipment outside the Continental USA.

The products available on this site must be installed by a qualified licensed HVAC contractor. Failure to comply with the heaters operation and installation manuals could result in personal injury, death and/or property damage. Our company's liability for consequential and incidental damages is expressly disclaimed. Any liability in any and all events shall be the burden of the purchaser/customer.

   Availability/Substitutions

 

Re-Verber-Ray Products known here after as RVR Products are territory sensitive and may not be available in your area, we will contact you within 5 days if we cannot provide you with certain RVR Products and you will not be charged a cancellation fee.

Substitutions for RVR,TPI, BBC or Scheafer products will be substituted as an exact match if you purchased a brand name whenever possible brand will be the same unless out of production or product changes, Any changes to products are done by the manufacturer without prior notice needed.. 

 

 Cancellation

If you need to cancel your order once you have completed a purchase on our site, you must do so within the following 5 days and you will be charged a 5% fee of the total purchase as charges are incurred to us by pay-pal and or financial institutions. If you choose to cancel after the five day period see restocking charges under Not satisfied with your purchase? below.

 

    Received damaged merchandise?

If your shipment is damaged, indicate it when you sign for the shipment on the shipment documents and contact us as soon as possible. You may also refuse to accept any damaged product any damages need to be claimed by you with the carrier and inspection of "concealed" damage or damaged product should be done by the carrier. 

Damaged or short shipments received through UPS/ FEDEX must be reported the same day you receive your order.

    Received defective merchandise?

As a part of our ongoing customer support we will assist in facilitating exchanges of defective merchandise, however all defective merchandise is warranted by the manufacturer only, not by Industrial Infra-Red, Inc. Returns are subject to approval by the manufacturer. Shipping charges on defective merchandise the customers responsibility.

    Not satisfied with your purchase?

Simply notify us within 10 days from the date your  non-special order item(s)  a special Item is deemed at the factory for returns if possible.  You should consider all products special  order (excluding parts) as they are built after order is placed. Contact us to return delivered product and we will gladly issue a refund less shipping we may have paid & 25% restock charge. Must be new and un used, not installed. Special order items & electrical parts are only returnable for warranty replacements deemed bad by the manufacturer. Some of our Products are custom or are subject to 100% restocking charge.  To verify that your product is returnable please contact us prior to placing your order.  Upon notifying us of your return you will be issued a RMA #(return merchandise authorization number).  No returns will be credited without an RMA #, Model # & Serial # of the appliance your part was purchased for.  Returned products must be in original condition including original packaging material, manuals, and all other accessories provided by the manufacturer.  Please insure all packages you plan on returning as well as ship goods with a traceable method.  We are not responsible lost or damaged merchandise. 


    Received the wrong product?

If you received the wrong part after giving us ample and accurate information we will be responsible for the return freight charge, reshipping charge and the 25% restocking charge is waved. But we ask that you return the wrong part within 5 days.

If you received the wrong part because you did not give us ample and/or accurate information simply notify us within 10 days from the date your  non-special order item(s) were delivered and we will gladly issue a refund less shipping & 25% restock charge.  Certain special order items & electrical parts are not returnable.  To verify that your product is returnable please contact us prior to placing your order.  Upon notifying us of your return you will be issued a RMA #(return merchandise authorization number).  No returns will be credited without an RMA #.  Returned products must be in original condition including original packaging material, manuals, and all other accessories provided by the manufacturer.  Please insure all packages you plan on returning as well as ship goods with a traceable method.  We are not responsible lost or damaged merchandise. 

   Shipping Charges :

Free shipping on orders over $100 US Dollars.  A fixed shipping charge is mandatory for the Truck only items along with the $5.00 handline fee.

 

Restrictions:

Some of our products may have restrictions in some states. We are obligated to inform you. Please inquire ablout any particular product about any state restrictions or warnings.

Our products must be installed by licensed contractors and maintain all clearances and follow all manufacturers instructions.
