LIMITED WARRANTY
Industrial Infra-Red, Inc . (“Reseller”) known below as Company: warrants that all products and parts thereof are
manufactured free from defects in material and workmanship and will remain in such condition for the
period stated in the warranty certificate which accompanied your shipment. Defects arising from damage
in shipment, faulty installation, misuse or negligence by others are not covered by this warranty. The
exclusive remedy for such defects is the repair or replacement of products or parts which, upon inspection
by Manufacturer, appear to be so defective. Written notice of such defects must be given to Manufacturer
and any defective part of product must be returned to Manufacturer’s plant at buyer’s cost.
MANUFACTURER OR RESEELER WILL IN NO EVENT BE LIABLE FOR INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL
DAMAGES OF ANY KIND WHATSOEVER.

• INFORMATION AND POLICIES

  Industrial Infra-Red, Inc. and/or its affiliates ("IMP-TX") provide website features to you subject to the following conditions. If you visit or shop at IMP-TX.COM , you accept these conditions. Please read them carefully. In addition, when you use any current or future service or business you also will be subject to the guidelines, terms and agreements ("Terms") applicable to such service or business. If these conditions are inconsistent with such Terms, the Terms will control.

• PRODUCT AVAILABILITY

  The product availability listed on each item page is the estimated time from order placement until shipment. After shipment it will take additional time for your product to travel from the shipping point to the delivery address. Products often ship sooner or later than expected. In no event shall Company be liable to you, or any other person or entity for any damages arising from early or late shipments and deliveries.

• SHIPPING METHODS

  • Free Ground Shipping To The Lower 48 States: Depending on size and weight, your order will either ship by small parcel or truck.

    Free Ground Shipping – Small Parcel – Small, Lightweight Items: Small, lightweight items ship via UPS Ground, FedEx Ground, or United States Postal Service. The delivery person will bring the delivery to your door but will not carry items inside. You must inspect and sign for all items at the time of delivery (detailed receiving instructions can be found in the next section). Occasionally, shipping companies do not service major metropolitan areas, remote locations, and islands with their standard ground delivery method and additional freight charges apply. If additional freight charges apply, NorthStock will contact you before processing your order. In no event shall comapny be liable to you or any other person or entity for any damages arising from early or late deliveries.

    Free Ground Shipping – Truck – Large, Heavy Items: Large, heavy items ship via truck freight. The drivers of these large freight trucks will park curbside or back into a loading dock and will not remove items from the truck. You must inspect, unload, and sign for the freight at the time of delivery (detailed receiving instructions can be found in the next section). Occasionally, shipping companies do not service major metropolitan areas, remote locations, and islands with their standard ground delivery method and additional freight charges apply. If additional freight charges apply, NorthStock will contact you before processing your order. In no event shall NorthStock be liable to you or any other person or entity for any damages arising from early or late deliveries.

• DAMAGED SHIPMENTS OR ITEMS LOST DURING SHIPMENT

  All items purchased from NorthStock are made pursuant to a shipment contract. This means that the risk of loss and title for such items pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier.

  A very small percentage of NorthStock’s shipments are damaged or lost during transit. Undocumented shipping damage and undocumented missing items may result in rejected claims for compensation, so YOUR ACTIONS AT THE TIME OF DELIVERY ARE EXTREMELY IMPORTANT.

  Carefully receiving a delivery will prevent unnecessary expense, stress, and frustration. The receiving process you agree to follow is:

  • Compare the number of items in the delivery to the number of items on your order copy and the number of packages on the shipping papers (if included). If your delivery is missing items, note missing items on the delivery receipt BEFORE you sign for the delivery and call Company # 830-708-6171

  • Confirm that the model numbers on each box match the model numbers on your order copy and the shipping papers (if included). If you receive an incorrect item, DO NOT ACCEPT DELIVERY OF THE INCORRECT ITEM, write the reason for refusal on the delivery receipt, and call Company at 830-708-6171

  • Carefully inspect all outer cartons and packaging. List all blemishes on the shipping papers BEFORE you sign for the delivery. If you are not 100% satisfied with any item, DO NOT ACCEPT DELIVERY OF THAT ITEM, write the reason for refusal on the delivery receipt, and call with order # 830-708-6171

  • Open the cartons and packaging and carefully inspect all products for concealed shipping damage. If there is concealed shipping damage, DO NOT ACCEPT DELIVERY OF THAT ITEM, list the damage on the delivery receipt, and call 830-708-6171

  If you receive a damaged product or items are missing from your delivery and you follow the four step receiving process listed above.

  If you receive a damaged product or items are missing from your delivery and you DO NOT follow the four step receiving process listed above, your sole remedy is to file a claim with the shipping company.

• PRODUCT WARRANTIES

  Many of the items we sell are covered by a manufacturer’s warranty. Warranty details may often be found in the installation guides and literature available on product pages. *Branded parts are only warrantied when installed by a certified professional in equipment of the same brand.* Warranties become void if branded parts are installed in other brand units.

• Company retains the exclusive and sole right as to whether an item may be returned. Many items we sell are custom-made, unique, and/or made-to-order, and are not returnable.  Check the return policy for a specific item, please contact us before placing an order.

• Generally, NorthStock will consider returns of new, unused items in original packaging within fifteen (15) days. Electric heaters Fans must be in sealed, unopened factory boxes. And are subject to restocking fee.

  Return shipping costs, coordination, and pick-up arrangements are your responsibility. Credit is issued minus a minimum 20% restocking fee when items have been received and inspected. Quick ship premiums and expedited shipping charges are non-refundable.

  To begin the return process, please submit a Return Request at the siite We review and respond to Return Requests in two (2) business days or less. When the return is approved, a return authorization with detailed return instructions will be emailed to you.

  Returns are not to be confused with warranty issues or damaged freight. For warranty assistance, visit the Product Warranties section. For damaged freight, visit the Damaged Shipments section.

• CANCELLATIONS

  Company retains the exclusive and sole right as to whether an order may be canceled. Many items we sell are custom-made, unique, and/or made-to-order and are not cancelable once ordered.

  Generally, Comapny accepts cancellations when all of the following conditions are met:

  • You request cancellation in writing in 2 days or less
  • Your item has not entered the Manufacturer’s production phase.
  • Your order has not shipped. If it has shipped, please see the returns section.
  • The manufacturer approves and confirms the cancellation.

• PRICING

  Except where noted otherwise, the Regular Price displayed for products on our website represents the full retail price listed on the product itself, suggested by the manufacturer or supplier, or estimated in accordance with standard industry practice; or the estimated retail value for a comparably featured item offered elsewhere. The Regular Price is a comparative price estimate and may or may not represent the prevailing price in every area on any particular day.

  We cannot confirm the price of an item until you order; however, we do NOT charge your credit card until we have reviewed and processed the order. Despite our best efforts, a small number of the items in our catalog may be mispriced. If an item's correct price is higher than our stated price, we will, at our discretion, either contact you for instructions before processing or cancel your order and notify you of such cancellation.

• ORDER ACCEPTANCE

  ompany reserves the right to decline an order at any time for any reason. Your receipt of an order confirmation, electronic or otherwise, does not constitute acceptance of the order.

• INSTALLATION, OPERATION, SERVICE AND TECHNICAL SUPPORT

  Products we sell must be installed, operated and serviced by properly qualified and certified professionals according to the manufacturer’s instructions and all applicable codes, requirements, and regulations. Comapny is not responsible for damages, injury, or death resulting from improper installation, operation, or service. *Branded parts are for use only in equipment of the same brand.*

  Comapny requires that you always have a qualified professional help you choose and apply the products we sell.

• PRODUCT DESCRIPTIONS

  Company attempts to be as accurate as possible. However, Company does not warrant that product descriptions or other content of this site is accurate, complete, reliable, current, or error-free. Manufacturers continuously improve products and specifications may change at any time. If a product offered is not as described, your sole remedy is to return it in unused condition. Manufactures reserve the right to change product at any time without notice.

• PRIVACY

  Your personal information will never be shared or sold, and you will not receive spam or unsolicited sales e-mails from us. Your visit may be recorded for quality assurance purposes. 

• ELECTRONIC COMMUNICATIONS

  When you visit or send e-mails to us, you are communicating with us electronically. You consent to receive communications from us electronically. We will communicate with you by e-mail or by posting notices on this site.   Comapny grants you a limited license to access and make personal use of this site and not to download (other than page caching) or modify it, or any portion of it, except with express written consent.
